The ARAccelerator is the
premier database for recycled auto parts in the industry. It is an online
inventory of parts from professional automotive recycling
facilities in the United States and Canada. The
ARAccelerator provides parts data to insurance
estimators and collision repairers. Participation in the
ARAccelerator is free. The ARA provides a
free personal computer to the participating recycler to
collect the inventory data. The auto recycler
supplies a dedicated phone line to connect to the
ARAccelerator.
 ARAccelerator PartsOnline is an
Internet product powered by ARA Services Corporation that allows the
auto recycler to view the inventory of every contributing
recycler to the ARAccelerator. Subscribers can look at
parts from Hollander, Checkmate and other IMS users.
ARAccelerator PartsOnline is a flexible tool that allows the
user to customize part searches. Auto recyclers
can prioritize part searches, search via part code and
interchange, and locate a valid interchange number for part
